He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Smith; his children, Shane Smith, James Marcum (Lauren) and Katie Adams (Daniel); his grandchildren, Hailey, Macy, Alexis of Aubrey, A. J., Gabby, Zack and Lucas; and his great grandchild Julian. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
