She is survived by: her husband David H. Shafer, II; her sons, Kane, Chance and Bryce Shafer; her parents, Cindy Gvist (Andy) and Bill Campbell (Penny); her parents-in-law, Cindy and Dave Shafer; her siblings, Kristin Swanstrom (Dan) and Chase Campbell; her sister-in-law Carly Melane Cross (Cole); and her nieces and nephews, Harrison, Jo Swanstrom, Gunner and Ellie Mae Cross.
