He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Spencer Chadwick and Lillie Mae Simmons Chadwick; his wife Louise Webb Chadwick; his siblings, Jimmy Chadwick and Jo Smith; and the mother of his children Mary June Chadwick.
He is survived by: his son Ronnie Chadwick; his stepchildren, James Thompson, James Miller, Becky Smith and Geri Monroe; his siblings, Billy Chadwick and Shirley Breedlove; his grandchildren, Johnathan Chadwick, Holly Rehm and Dana Chadwick; and his great grandchildren, Demetri Rehm, Roza Rehm, Rachel Rehm and John Walter Chadwick. He is also survived by several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
