She is survived by: her daughters, Brittany Nicolle Hornsby of Iron City, GA and Meagan Elizabeth Hornsby of Donalsonville, GA; her mother Belinda Boutwell Cumbie of Climax, GA; her siblings, Darrell Cumbie of Climax, GA, Lisa Haire of Bluffton, GA and Wesley Cumbie; and her grandson Thomas Evan James Varnum.
