It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kristi M. Hester (Climax, Georgia), who passed away on September 20, 2021, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Arthur McCleod and Mary Catherine Markoski; her husband Wendell Hester; her children, Tabitha Markoski (Richard Sims), Tiffany Howell (Kendrick Williams) and James William Howell, III (Haley Howell); her sisters, Naomi Glass, Cynthia Bean and Candice Brazeale; and her grandchildren, Dallas Hand, Devon Hand, Brantley Dauton Roney, Annabelle Howell, Eric Smith, Jr., Malia Smith, Ari, Yanna James-Smith, Recardo James-Smith, Carmani Baker, Aalaya Williams, James Howell, IV and Carson Lee Howell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
