He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Kemper, Sr. and Esther Mary Murray Kemper; and his siblings, Brenda Hayes, Anna Blockland and Richard Blockland.
He is survived by: his daughter Shannon Sullivan of Tampa, Florida; his siblings, Sandra Ray of Tampa, Darlene Hayes (Floyd) of Lakeland, Florida and Ricky Neal of Dublin, Virginia; his brother-in-law Robert Hayes (Georgia); his stepmother Matrice Kemper of Odessa, Florida; and his stepbrother John Reed (Sonya) of Odessa. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
