It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emmett Kelly Jr. of Climax, Georgia, born in Decatur, Georgia, who passed away on March 7, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Emmett's name to the Climax Volunteer Fire Department, P.O. Box 237, Climax, Georgia 39834 where he was one of the founding members.
