He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Blaine Williams and Wilma Norein Shepard-Williams; his great grandchild Brooklynn I'Ayda Shyann Creekmore; and his grandson Austin Holcombe. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Melissa Venza of Cumming, GA, Stephen Blaine Williams, Jr. of Loganville, GA, Chris Holcombe of Cleveland, GA and Davida Gunn of Toccoa; his brother Mike White of Odessa, MO; his grandchildren, Josh Venza, Devin, Brook Cantrell, Blaine, Brent, Nevaeh Williams and Landon Holcombe; and his great grandchildren, Aydon, Ayda and Forrest Creekmore.
