She was predeceased by: her parents, George Winkler and Bessie Etris Winkler; her husband Wallace Howard Lewis; and her siblings, Grady Winkler, Fred Winkler, Grace Wood, Kate Morgan and Pearl Alexander.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Richardson, Gary (Judy Richardson) and Vivian (Robert Maney); her grandchildren, Amy Richardson, Matthew Richardson, Crystal, Leon Havenga, Hannah and Baron Mullis; her great grandchildren, Brandon Richardson, Truman, Grace, Kate, Eleanor Mullis, Sydney and Hendrik Havenga; and her brother Talmadge (Shirley Winkler).
