It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sadie Cox of Cleveland, Georgia, born in Gainesville, Georgia, who passed away on March 13, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Powers and Laura Bell Peck Powers; her husbands, Guy Palmer, Gene Whitlock and Herbert Cox; and her children, Larry Palmer, Carolyn Pressley and Gary Palmer.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Palmer of Cleveland and Gail Cox of Tyrone, GA; her brother Joe Powers; and her grandchildren, Stephen, Stephanie, Scottie, Sissy, Timothy, Elizabeth, Megan, Pam, Beaver and Fay. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
