He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Reynolds and Mary Belle Satterfield Reynolds; and his wife Mildred Smith Reynolds. He is survived by: his children, Richard (Betty Reynolds), Cleveland, Russell Reynolds, Jr., Clermont, Joe Reynolds and Linda Wagers (Georgia); and his sisters, Millie Boyce, Jane Payton and Georgia. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
