He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Belville and Charlotte Easley Bumgardner Belville; and his stepfather John Bumgardner. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Belville; his children, Stacey Belville, Angela Belville, Christy Belville, Billy Belville and Ricky Belville; his daughter-in-law Annette Kelso; and his siblings, Betty Mae Bumgardner, Mary Ann Bumgardner and John Bumgardner. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
