He was predeceased by: his parents, James M. Partin, Jr. and Lois Seabolt Partin; his father-in-law Bobby Reese; and his siblings-in-law, Lynn Alexander and Lynn Autry.
He is survived by: his wife Shelia Partin; his son Damion; his daughter-in-law Mandy Partin; his daughter Miranda Partin; his grandchildren, Destiney Allison, Faith Marie Partin, Lilly Partin and Alex Partin; his siblings, Richard (Debbie Partin), Eddie (Betty Partin), Larry (Melanie Partin) and Susan Alexander; and his mother-in-law Lois Reese.
