He is survived by: his wife Karlene Walker Koger of Cleveland; his children, Sherry Newman of Cynthia, KY, Denise Koger of Kissimmee, FL, Kenneth Koger of Stamping Ground, KY and Richard A. Koger of Cleveland, GA; his stepdaughters, Pam Didas of Sharpsburg, GA and Sandy Griffin of Ithaca, NY; and his sisters, JoAnn Brown of Winter Springs, FL and Jean Marks of Orlando, FL. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren and other loving relatives.
