It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Eugene Oliver of Cleveland, Georgia, born in Habersham, Georgia, who passed away on August 26, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Oliver and Eleanor Cook Oliver; and his siblings, Artist Oliver, Edward Oliver and Ellen Armour.
He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Oliver; his daughters, Misty Eller and Heather; his son-in-law Matthew Nash; his son Matthew; his daughter-in-law Larami Oliver; his grandchildren, Lily Eller, Olivia Eller, Camden Nash, Brielan Childers and Elijah Oliver; and his sisters, Dorothy (Lamar Wood), Genell (L. D. Armour) and Helen Grier.
