It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rachel A. Cantrell of Cleveland, Georgia, who passed away on March 22, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Arles Benfield and Druchie Benfield of Batesville, Georgia.; her husband Marion Cantrell; her siblings, Jennie Gipson and Buford Benfield; and her great great grandchild Brooklyn I'Ayda Shyann Cantrell.
She is survived by: her children, Tyra Cantrell, Dennis Cantrell (Denise) and Teresa Chambers (Brian); her grandchildren, Michael Cantrell, Audrey Cantrell (George Brown), Jason Cantrell (Summer), Frankie Zirkle (Chase), Brandon Cantrell (Emily), Shannon Grindle (William), David Chambers (Jennifer) and Heather Dunn (James); and her sister Bertie Sosebee. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
