He is survived by: his siblings, Tom Whitlock, Ricky Whitlock of Gainesville, Jerry Whitlock, Charles Whitlock of Cleveland, Albert Whitlock of Jefferson, Rosa Brackett of Cleveland, Georgia., Patsy Foster of Cleveland, Georgia., Betty Berry of Cleveland, Georgia. and Henrietta Abernathy of Cleveland, Georgia.; his wife Libby Harkins Whitlock; his sons, Nathan Whitlock and Cody Whitlock of Cleveland; and his granddaughters, Kindal Brooke, Kinleigh Reese and Jaidyn Elizabeth.
