It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ophelia Mulkey of Cleveland, Georgia, who passed away on June 9, 2022, at the age of 104, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Vernie R. Mulkey; and her parents, Willie Woods and Elsie Woods. She is survived by: her children, Clinton (Esther Mae Mulkey) and Linda Verlee Mulkey McWilliams. She is also survived by Grandchildren - 10 Great Grand Children - 30 Great Great Grandchildren.
