He is survived by: his son Michael Andrew Payne, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Taylor Shay Payne; his grandchildren, Anya-Leigh Blaire Payne, Callie-Jane Lorraine Payne and Philippe-Andrew Victor Payne; his siblings, Gary (Rena Payne), Jeanette Tow, Charles "Chuck" Payne, Jr., Paul (Vicki Payne) and Sandra (Kip Lee); and his friends, Jeff and Angie. He is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews; many great nieces and nephews.
