She was predeceased by: her parents, John Thomas and Hazel Inez Long; her husband John Brady Lovell; her daughter Theresa Lovell; and her sisters, Mary Brewer and Susie Booth.

She is survived by: her brother John W. Long (Georgia); and her grandchildren, Hannah Rae Holcomb, Georgia and Dustin Wilkins. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
