He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Wilma Barrett; his siblings, Homer, John, Clyde Barrett, Bernice Barrett Reid and Ruth Barrett Davidson; his son Mitchel; his daughter-in-law Linda Barrett; his grandchildren, Michele, Neal Broadwell, Tara and Henry Powell; his great grandchildren, Nealeigh Broadwell of Cleveland, Abby Broxton of Cleveland and Ada Powell of Cleveland; and his sister-in-law Henrietta Herrin of Cornelia. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
