He is survived by: his siblings, Carl Atkins (Fannie) of McCaysville, Betty Cingel of Cleveland, Pat Etris of Dahlonega, Ronnie Atkins of Lewisburg and Mike Atkins of Cleveland; and his close friend Gail Head. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends.
