She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Mims and Christine Mims of Lincolnton; and her husband Raymond A. Neal. She is survived by: her children, David Neal of Toccoa, Tonya Rosenbalm of Trenton and Patrick Neal of Raleigh. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
