She is survived by: her children, Michael Smolik (Tricia) and Brittany Bailey; her mother Margaret Miles Hurst; her siblings, Donna Wright (Tim), Sherry Thomas, Deb Harris and Ricky Smolik (Jimmy Ray Hurst); her grandchildren, Kaydence, Alissa, Kaitlyn, Ethan, Ashton, Elijah and Bonnie; and her fiancé Barless Hayworth. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
