He was predeceased by: his father Frank Kirby. He is survived by: his wife Marleen Forslund; his sons, Joel Forslund (Smyra), Michael (Geri Forslund) and Tallahassee; his grandchildren, Abigail Forslund, Benjamin Forslund, Sydney Forslund and Madeline Forslund; and his brothers, Wayne Forslund and Douglas Forslund. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
