He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron Westmoreland and Marie Price Westmoreland; his wife Virginia Nix Westmoreland; his sons, Tommy Westmoreland and Larry Westmoreland; and his siblings, Tommy Westmoreland, Julian Westmoreland, James Westmoreland, Julius Westmoreland and Louise Martin.
He is survived by: his daughter Holly; his son-in-law Brian Asherbranner; his grandchildren, Brantley Asherbranner, Bella Asherbranner, Trevor Dyer, Chase Westmoreland, Dylan Westmoreland and Tyler Westmoreland; his siblings, Jeanette Turner and Robert Westmoreland; his niece Renae Staton Kendall; and his brother-in-law Royce Martin.
