He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Roger and Joanne Chicoine. He is survived by: his parents, Michael and Elizabeth Chicoine; his siblings, Brianna, Arielle, Autumn, Ashley, Michael, Jonathan, Christopher, Alanna, Gabriel and Timothy; and his grandparents, Mary, Paul Veen and Eddie Stephens.

In lieu of flowers the family asked that donations be made to the Trisomy 18 Foundation, PO Box 320 Flushing, Michigan 48433-0320.
