She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Cleghorn and Nellie Brookshire Cleghorn; and her children, Peggy Webb and Benjamin Newberry. She is survived by: her husband Eddie Sutton of Cleveland; her children, Annette Owenby of Cleveland, James Newberry of Gainesville and Kenneth Newberry of Cleveland; and her sister Lille Ash of Cleveland. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and a number of great grandchildren.
