She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Bowen and Idelle Bowen; and her great grandchild Kiara Jayde Seabolt. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Harkins-Flanagan (Ray Flanagan) and Tony (D. J. Harkins); her grandchildren, Nikki Harkins, Drake, KiJana Seabolt, Heather, Kenny Pairmore, Angela, Tyler Wilkins, Jennifer, Jeremy Phillips, Cody, Hope Flanagan, Emma Flanagan, Jason, Debbie Lynn, Micah and Lawanda Lynn; her great grandchildren, Tucker Harkins-Smith, DJ Seabolt, Zachy Seabolt, RJ Flanagan, Ava Ann Flanagan, Bryson Pairmore, Cheyanna Phillips, Corbin Phillips, Meredith Lynn, Landon Lynn, Collin Lynn, Caleb Lynn, William Lynn and Wesley Guined; her siblings, Joel, Ruth Bowen and Barbara Ledbetter; and her cousins, Kirk Bowen, Tim, Gina Dyer, Jim Dyer, Bud and Leslie Truelove. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
