He is survived by: his wife Susan Diane Smith; his sisters, Ann Jordan and Jean Humphries; his daughter Alison Smith LaCava; his son-in-law Craig Joseph LaCava; and his grandchildren, Connor and Stella LaCava. He is also survived by many cousins, friends.
