He was predeceased by: his parents, Lon Eugene Boggs and Carrie Hicks; and his siblings, Jeraldine Boggs Wilson, Tommy Boggs and Carroll Boggs.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Palmer Boggs of Cleveland; his children, Mark Boggs (Michelle) of Cleveland, Alan Boggs (Denise) of Cleveland and Anita Strange (Dennis) of Cornelia; his grandchildren, Corry, Alicia Strange, Blake, Lacey Boggs, Cody Crumley and Macy Boggs; and his great grandchildren, Emma Buckley, Brody, Lexi Boggs, Tory Strange, Mally Strange and Cohen Strange.
