He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Hall and Mary Jane Morris; and his sister Ruth Lawless. He is survived by: his wife Frances Hall of Cleveland; his children, Penny McDaniel of Dawsonville, Tracy Justus (Mark) of Locus Grove and Scott Hall of Blue Ridge; and his siblings, Robert Hall, Leoner Conner, Shirley Kraft and Rose Cox.
