He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Lawson Bailey, Sr. and Lucille Jackson Bailey; his wife Louise Bailey; and his siblings, Sara Maniscalco, Blanche Goodman, Dola Reese Steely and G. W. Bailey.
He is survived by: his sons, David (June Bailey), Larry (Terry Bailey) and Donald (Sheri Bailey); and his brother LeRoy Bailey. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
