He is survived by: his children, Teri, Terry Sims, Randy Mize and Greg Mize (Michelle); his siblings, Shirley Fain, Gerald and Tammy Mize; his grandchildren, Candace Mize Wright, Dylan Sims and Jessica Sims; and his great grandchildren, Hallie, Cade, Henley and Emmy Lou.
