Henry Joe Meeks Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Henry Joe Meeks of Cleveland, Georgia, born in Habersham, Georgia, who passed away on December 17, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Eford and Mary Corinthia Hurt Meeks; his former wife Cheryl Smith Meeks; his daughter Carrie Meeks; his brothers, Roy Meeks and James Eugene "Gene" Meeks; and his sisters-in-law, Jodi Meeks and Sue Meeks.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Perry Meeks of Cleveland; his stepchildren, Tammy Okuma (Aaron) of Cleveland, Chuck Perry (Starr) of Alto and John Perry of Cleveland; his stepgrandchildren, Amanda Doubleday (Justin), Charles Perry, Janson Mincey (Nikki), Secrest Daniel (Webb) and Michael Spurgeon (Haliegh); and his brother William L. Meeks of Mt. Airy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, numerous other relatives and friends.
