It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Glen Cathey of Cleveland, Georgia, who passed away on February 27, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Hunter and Ethelene Westmoreland Cathey Hunter; his wife Midge Cathey; and his daughter Sissy Cathey Palmer. He is survived by: his sons, Edwin F. Cathey and Joseph; his daughter-in-law Felicia Cathey; and his grandchildren, Lauren Cathey, Miranda Wright, Cierra Moseley and Joseph Cathey II. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Barrett Funeral Home (118 N Brooks St, Cleveland, GA 30528). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home (118 N Brooks St, Cleveland, GA 30528).
