He was predeceased by: his parents, Arville Seabolt and Marie Humphries Seabolt; his son Jeff Seabolt; his son-in-law Ricky Webb; his grandsons, Matthew Webb and Travis Webb; and the mother of his children Winell Seabolt.
He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Lee (Louie), Clayton, Anita Webb, Scott Seabolt (Johanna) and Cleveland; his sister Carolyn; his brother-in-law Homer Ward; his niece Pamela (Tim Gude); and his close friend Ann Colston Dodd. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
