He is survived by: his wife June; his children, Gary Bond (Jeneine) of Lexington and Cindy Wilson of Calhoun; his grandchildren, Josh Wilson (Brittney) of Calhoun, Justin Wilson of Ringold, Jonathan Wilson of Jackson, MS., Regis Bond (Lydia) of Watkinsville, Brittany Shelnut (Zach Field) of Crawford and Christie Phillips (Steven) of Comer; his great grandchildren, Landon Fields, Bailey Wilson, Bentley Bond, Brantlee Bond, William Bond and Asher Bond; and his siblings, Liz Lord of Nicholson, Martha Pethel (Charles), Judy Southwick (Lloyd) of Jefferson, Larry Bond, Kenney Bond (Becky) of Commerce and Johnny Bond (Kathy) of Jefferson.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked that memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society or Helen First Baptist Church Build Fund.
