She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Andrew Wilson and Ruby Black Wilson; her former husbands, Jack Dempsey Callenback, Sr. and Bill Taylor; her husband Terrell Helton; and her sisters, Eva Mae Tumlin, Adell McAllister, Catherine Nation and Marie Frances Wilson.
She is survived by: her son Jack Dempsey Callenback, Jr. (Becky Murphy) of Cleveland; her grandchildren, James Robert Callenback, Jeremy David Callenback and Angilesia Callenback; and her great grandchildren, Micah Jeffrey Clark, Ethan Jack Clark and Zoe Callenback. She is also survived by one great-great grandson; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McGahee-Griffin & Stewart Funeral Home (175 VFW Rd, Cornelia, GA 30531). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the McGahee-Griffin & Stewart Chapel (175 VFW Rd, Cornelia, GA 30531).
