She is survived by: her son James F. Merritt, III; her daughters-in-law, Darlene London-Merritt and Dianne Cantrell; her grandchildren, James F. Merritt, IV, Lisa Cantrell Francingues (Ray Francingues) and Angela Cantrell Leahy; her sister-in-law Whit (Ann Whitmire); and her extended family, Charlene L. Davis, Samantha McPherson and Lyrik McPherson. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren; brother.
