He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Partin and Pauline Dorsey Partin; and his siblings, Jimmy Partin, Curtis Partin and Jean Simmons.
He is survived by: his children, Allen (Wendy Partin), Cleveland and Lora (Darrell Everett); his grandchildren, Kayla Everett, Morgan Partin, Kody, Adryanna Partin and Gracie Everett; and his siblings, Charles Partin, Alvanell Reeves, Wiley Partin, Loy Partin, Deborah Kelley and Donald Partin.
Due to Covid-19, the family requests that those attending the service wear a mask and adhere to social distancing guidelines.
