It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donnie Dorsey of Cleveland, Georgia, who passed away on December 28, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dave Dorsey and Stella Brown Dorsey; his stepmother Clara Cantrell Dorsey; his siblings, Jeanene Earls Moody, Christine Dorsey, Claudine Cantrell, Robert Dorsey (R. P.), Bennie Dorsey, Readers Dorsey and Ronald Cantrell (Boo); and his friend Jessie May Cleveland.
He is survived by: his siblings, David Glen Dorsey (Charlene) of Indianapolis, IN, Cecil Dorsey, Wallace E. Dorsey and Sharon Hampton (Alfred); and his friends, Joseph Putnam of Dayton, OH, Barbara Jane Trammell and Beverly Tate of Cleveland, GA.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends and relatives.
