With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Della Mae Akin of Cleveland, Georgia, born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on June 14, 2020 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Marcus Farrington and Josephine Foltin Farrington. She is survived by: her husband H. Donald Akin; her son Mark; her daughter-in-law Rhonda Akin; and her grandchildren, Amanda Akin Holcomb, Jeremiah Akin, Kaylin Akin Palmer, Jonathan Akin and Will Zimmer. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
