He is survived by: his children, Rickey Johnson (Whitney) of Kentucky, Terry Johnson of Dallas and Tracy Edwards (Kevin) of Cleveland; his brothers, Chester and Jamie Johnson; and his grandchildren, Austin, Inez, Haley, Mindy, Colton, Mathew, Andy, Ryan and Lilly.
