She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Howard and Emma Ruth Howard. She is survived by: her husband Joey Hulsey; her daughters, Christi Cloer and Courtney Paige Denney; her son-in-law Josh Denney; her son Jacob; her daughter-in-law Ashley Hulsey; and her siblings, Beckie (Gerald Sims), Karen Allison (Janet), Lee Chambers (Dickie), Phyllis Howard (Anthony) and Fay Howard (Ricky Woolever). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
