She is survived by: her son Brian; her daughter-in-law Natasha Phillips; her daughter Christina; her son-in-law David Combs; her son Matthew Lewis; her mother Eula Mae Stitcher; her mother-in-law Bertha Lewis; her stepmother Dorothy Tyson; her siblings, Randy (Brenda Tyson), Israel (Allison Tyson), Gerry Tyson and Donna; her brother-in-law Jesse Templeton; and her grandchildren, Rick Phillips, Tyler Hulsey, Hunter Hulsey, Katelynn Hulsey and Spencer Phillips.
