He is survived by: his wife Debra White; his sons, Michael (Jonida White), Switzerland, Christopher (Lisa White) and Jeffrey White; his grandchildren, Emily White and Carson White; his sister Anita White of Hendersonville, TN; and his siblings-in-law, Larry and Yvonne Kelly of Sebring, FL..
