He is survived by: his wife Betty Bowman; his children, Charles Bowman, Jr. and Tonia; his son-in-law Doug Mosteller of Belmont, NC; his grandson Zachary Mosteller of Belmont, NC; and his siblings, Dallas Bowman, Bobby Bowman, Alvin Morgan, James Lee Morgan, Florence Simpson, Lois Bowman, Mary Jean and Linda. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
