He is survived by: his wife Karen Martin of Murrayville Ga; his children, Cecil Martin Jr. (Jessica) of Cleveland Ga, Billy Martin (Mistie Combs) of Clermont Ga, Rudy Martin (Sarah) of Cleveland Ga, Cathy Patterson (Daniel) of Dahlonega, Crystal Bailey of Cleveland, Nichole Martin (Michael Allison) of Murrayville, Regina Heins (Jamie) of Temple Ga, Donna Todd (Everett), Sherry Bennett (Ricky) of Newnan Ga, Michelle Hallmark (Ricky) of Macon Ga, Robin Poole (David) and Holly Furlow of Temple Ga; his grandchildren, Aubrie and Kinsley Green; and his close friend Becky Standridge. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
