He is survived by: his children, Kathi Allen, Kim Westmoreland Cleveland (Jay) and Danny Lusk (Freda); and his siblings, Maxine Seabolt, Winston Lusk and Edwin Lusk. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
